Project Response, Inc. is a crisis center that provides support and advocacy to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other related issues. We also provide services to the families, friends, and loved ones of abuse victims.

Established in 1987, Project Response is directed by a volunteer board of caring local citizens and staffed by a few paid advocates and volunteers.

Project Response is funded by the Nebraska Crime Commission, Nebraska Health and Human Services, the United Way, and other community support.

The Neighborhood Closet

Project Response is also responsible for operating the Neighborhood Closet, located in Auburn, Nebraska. By donating your gently-used clothing here, you have the ability to change someone’s life. Not only will you grant an individual access to one of his or her basic needs and possibly help provide for his or her family, but you will also help fund the continued operation of Project Response.
